General terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions of the www.eluir.com online store have been drawn up in accordance with the Slovene Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
www.eluir.com is an online store operated by the company ELUIR d.o.o., Prisojna 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The general terms and conditions determine the operation of the www.eluir.com online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the ELUIR d.o.o. and the customer or consumer.
Before making a purchase, please read the terms and conditions carefully and comply with them. By using the website, you consent to the stated conditions. If you do not agree to the terms, we ask that you do NOT use the abovementioned online store.
You can make orders from ELUIR online store 24 hours a day. Its use is free. The owner of ELUIR online store at the internet address www.eluir.com is ELUIR d.o.o., Prisojna ulica 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Mutual obligations between ELUIR d.o.o. and buyer in connection with ELUIR online store are governed by these Terms and Conditions. A simple registration is required to make a purchase from our online store.
Data Protection and Privacy
The data provided by the customer is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 59/1999, 57/2001, 59/2001-corr.) and the Consumer Protection Act – ZVPot-UPB1 (official consolidated text – Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 14/03).
Using online forms on the ELUIR website, the customer submits his personal data, which is collected and processed by the website operator, collecting and processing only the personal data of the user that is strictly necessary for the quality and smooth conduct of electronic business: name and surname, address, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number, information about time and subject of purchase.
The user and the operator of the ELUIR website both agree that the data which can be accessed for electronic services is a business secret and will therefore adequately protect it and will not disclose it to third parties without a proper legal basis. For the purpose of delivery, the operator will only provide information about the user’s address to the delivery service.
The operator of the website undertakes to responsibly and professionally perform electronic services in accordance with the principles and standards of information security.
We are committed to the permanent protection of all personal data of the customer (user) entered at the time of purchase (name, surname, address, mail, telephone, e-mail) and keep documentation of communication with him. We will use personal data about the customer exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending e-news, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. In no case will we hand over customer data to unauthorized or third parties. Online shopping has never been so safe. Our website uses encrypted SSL connection, secured with a digital certificate issued by Internet Security Research Group (ISRG)
Received orders will be regarded as irrevocable. You will receive order confirmation message on your e-mail address after every purchase, indicating that your order is in processing. In case of an error during shopping, you can easily modify the order, change an item, or cancel the order. After receiving the message informing you that your order is processing, canceling the order is no longer possible.
All prices include VAT and are listed in EUR.
Prices are valid at the time of the order and do not have a predefined validity.
Prices are valid in the case of payment by valid payment methods and under the conditions which are listed in this document or under the general terms and conditions.
Published prices and prices in quotes are valid only for purchases made in ELUIR online store. Prices are valid at current rates and are expressed excluding as well as including value added tax (VAT). This way you can quickly see the price you are interested in. Published prices can change without prior notice. For individual purchases prices in the moment of checkout are valid.

Registered Users – Members
Every registered user has his or her own username (which is identical to the e-mail address) and a password, with which he or she introduces him- or herself personally or as a company or organisation representative.
If you use ELUIR for both, personal and business shopping, you can create two or more accounts. Password is secret and know only to the user. User is obligated to provide real information and is its responsibility to protect personal information by making sure no one is accessing their account unauthorized.
Please do not use your personal ELUIR account for business orders! In this case open a new account for your company.
Buyer can pay for the order with a credit card, via PayPal or by bank account transaction. For products from category “equipment” we are only able to accept bank transfers.
ELUIR d.o.o. will deliver ordered goods in accordance with the rules and the price of delivery. You will receive details for bank transfer payments shortly after checkout. We will then process your order as soon as we receive the funds.
Method of Delivery
Delivery of goods is carried out by post, DHL and DPD. Personal pick up of goods is not possible. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to carriers mistakes. Costs of shipping and handling are minimal, their exact value is calculated based on order weight and is displayed in the cart.
We do our best that you receive ordered products as soon as possible. Ordered goods are dispatched in time listed in the description of each product. Time of delivery from the moment of dispatch is slightly different for each European country. Please refer to our shipping page to see the delivery time to your destination.
If you order two or more products with different dispatch times, we will dispatch the whole order in the dispatch time that is longer. In case of large differences between dispatch times, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like us to split your order in two or more parts and make an early delivery of the products that are available sooner. There are no additional costs related to this.
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the shopping cart. Only one discount code is permitted per order unless stated differently in the description of a coupon with which you received the code.
Ownership of goods
All delivered goods are owned by ELUIR d.o.o. until the full payment is received.
Prices of goods on receipt are calculated according to the pricelist valid on the day of checkout. Buyer receives the receipt together with goods.
Privacy Protection and Marketing Messages
All your personal information and privacy will be treated in accordance with the law.
We will send occasional messages containing important changes on website www.eluir.com to your e-mail address. We will also keep you informed about new products, discounts and other things for which we think you are interested in.
Please let us know if you don’t want to receive our messages, or follow the instructions in the footer of the message to unsubscribe.
Right of withdrawal from the purchase, return of goods, refund of payment
We try our best to be nice to our customers. Withdrawal from agreement and return of products is very easy. You can read more about the process at the bottom of this page.
The buyer has the right to notify the provider to the e-mail address: [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract or order, without having to state the reason for his decision.
If the buyer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he must send the goods undamaged and in the same quantity to the bidder / company within 14 days of notification to withdraw from the contract. The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the products.
The buyer must return the received goods undamaged and unaltered, unless the goods are damaged without the fault of the buyer.
We will return the payments made to the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The company returns the received payments to the buyer with the same means of payment as used by the buyer (usually with payment on a transaction account), unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of a different means of payment and the buyer does not incur any costs.
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 43. of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has no right to withdraw from the contract (purchase) if the product is manufactured according to the exact instructions of the buyer, which has been adapted to his personal needs (eg custom package) .
The consumer may exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months of the day on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in detail in the defect notice and allow the seller to inspect the item.
The seller is not liable for material defects in the goods that appear after two years have elapsed since the goods were delivered. A defect in things shall be deemed to have existed at the time of extradition if it occurs within six months of extradition.
A consumer who has duly notified the seller of a defect has the right to require the seller to:
- rectify the defect in the goods or refund part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or
- the defective goods are replaced with a new faultless one or the amount paid is returned.
When is the material defect?
- the item does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for marketing
- the item does not have the properties necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which was known to the seller or should have been known to him
- the item does not have properties and qualities that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed
- the seller has delivered an item that does not match the pattern or model, unless the pattern or model was shown for notification only.
How is the suitability of an item checked?
It is checked with another, faultless item of the same type, as well as with the manufacturer’s statements or statements on the item itself.
How does a real mistake materialize?
The buyer must inform us of any material defect together with a detailed description of it within the legally prescribed period and at the same time allow us to inspect the item.
The right to claim a material defect in an article is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Complaints and disputes
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with the legal norms of ELUIR d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
Eluir.com, which as a provider of goods and services enables online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers here.
That regulation derives from the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Regulation (EU) no. Regulation (EC) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.

Every customer needs to be familiar with these Terms and Conditions. Parties will try to solve any disagreements or disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of these “Terms and Conditions” by agreement. In the event that an agreement can not be reached, the competent court is in Celje, Slovenia.
Terms and Conditions take effect immediately. Changes, amendments, etc. to the Terms and Conditions are available on the internet at www.eluir.com. Members will also be informed about them with a notice via e-mail.
